Championships, which will take place on Sunday 25th March 2018 at Birkenhead Park. CH43 8SQ The Men’s 12-Stage event will commence at 12:00 and the Women’s 6-Stage at 12.15. The Young Athletes 5k races will commence at 11.00am
This year the host club are Wallasey AC and the meeting is in the delightful Birkenhead Park. The course is a flat circuit around the traffic-free park roads and paths. The start and finish area are as indicated on the course map. These areas will become congested so please stay away from the start /finish until it is your time to race. There are barriers and tape on the inside of the course around the start/ finish area to allow athletes a clear run and to assist officials with identification. Please stay behind these at all times.
Club tents should be situated on the inside of the circuit close to the start/ finish area, again as per the area map. The drop off point for tents will be on the road opposite Birkenhead 6th Form College.

This year there will be 5k U15 & U17 individual and team championship races commencing at 11:00 with registration from 9.30, so please keep athletes away from the course when they warm up.
Registration is in Birkenhead 6th form college the 5 k from 09.30, the 12- & 6- stage will open at 10:30.
All declarations and changes will be done only online, and only by the team manager.
Team declarations and changes are allowed up to 12:00 on race day, and ONLY via the personalised link which will be sent to the Team Manager on the Wednesday prior to the race.
In addition the personalised link is printed on the team number envelopes collected at registration
THERE WILL BE NO FACILITIES FOR TEAM DECLARATION OR TEAM CHANGES AT REGISTRATION
